It's great advice. A few years ago, I was transferring the contents off an old external hard drive. I've done this many times over the years as I buy new computers. I found a bucket list I wrote in the late-90s. I didn't remember writing it and had totally forgotten about it. I was surprised to see so many things the 20-something me wanted to do, the forty-something had done, without referencing the list. The goals and milestones stuck somewhere in my subconscious and I rattled off quite a few and it wasn't until I found the list I realized what I had done.
