You're 100% correct — it's a ban. They know it's a ban. It's offensive this bounty on women could be viewed as anything other than a ban.

I was writing the other day about being a stranger. I often find myself a stranger in a crowd. Then I began writing about be estranged and alienated from my home, Texas. From there it became a rant on the stupidities pouring out of my home state and how sometimes things become so strange you can never go back. It was a rant.
